its your exclusive listing

Pay-to-Play
Over the last two years big corporate greedy websites (i.e.StreetEasy, Naked Apartments) started charging mandatory listing fees, turning themselves into Pay-to-Play websites overnight. They used to be free.
As a result, thousands of apartments are ditching these websites in order to avoid these hefty fees.
These special apartments which are not posting on those mandatory paid platforms are getting consolidated with the "Get First Peek" tag.
EVERYONE should have open access to real estate regardless of ability to pay.
