Hey guys, wanted to post my sublet/apartment here. It’s from March 9 to August 31. You can move in anytime after March 9. The rent is 1000 a month and utilities are about another 20-25 a month. You’ll have four great apartment mates who have their own lives and are rather busy.

It’s right next to Morningside Park on 115 Avenue where Morningside Heights and West Harlem convenes. We’re looking for 680+ credit score and 40x rent as annual income (but can be flexible).

About the place:

One room in a 5 bedroom apartment on the 5th story (with an elevator!). Very clean and modern and includes two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, and a dining table. The room will be emptied out but feel free to make an offer to keep some of the stuff there, such as the mattress. There is also a closet in the room. Because of the amount of apartment mates, the utilities are pretty cheap! The roommates are all 20-30 years of age and are in graduate school or working in midtown.

The location is prime, it is right next to Columbia University and is full of young professionals. There are also many restaurants and amenities such as multiple gyms around. It is a block’s walk from the B/C line and about a 7 minute walk to the A/B/C/D line.
