We are buying a condo in the neighborhood and therefore need to sublet this apartment for the rest of the lease, which is up on 14 July 2019. We are subleasing at a discounted price, and the landlord is open to extending this after 14 July under their renting conditions (for us it was 1 month free and then $4520 a month) should you wish to do so. This means this apartment suits people who want a short-term lease as well as people interested in staying long term and saving money at the same time. We are flexible when it comes to move in and move out dates. This is a fantastic unit in a luxury doorman building built in 2016. The apartment has modern and functional amenities, including a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in-unit. It is located in a corner on the 27th floor and offers stunning views on both the Manhattan skyline and Brooklyn. It has a balcony. It is very quiet as we rarely hear the neighbors or the street. Building staff is friendly and professional. Building amenities include a fully equipped, large gym (also offering fitness classes), a playroom for children as well as a comfortable lounge and a roof deck with beautiful views – all of which you would have access to as we have subscribed to them. The building also features events such as happy hours and paint nights. We have also loved living in this area. The building is very conveniently located next to multiple subway lines (2,3,4,5,B,C,D,G,N,Q,R trains), the Whole Foods 365 located on the ground level of the building, and great entertainment nearby with BAM, Fort Greene Park and the Barclays Center. The apartment itself can come empty or furnished (at a cost). Rental price and dates are negotiable.

We offer to sublease at a discounted price of $3500 per month, although we pay $4520 per month (after we had 1 month free at the beginning of the lease).

Additional fee

The building requires that applicants fill out their normal online application (including for example a letter of employment stating your salary and two recent payslips) and pay a $150 fee per applicant.
