This is a beautiful corner apartment on the top floor (8th) with a large balcony. In both the living room and bedroom, it has a wall of floor to ceiling windows that let in a ton of natural light and have views of the courtyard and Manhattan (you can even see the Statue of Liberty in the distance). There are built in shades so that you can still have plenty of privacy, etc. The building was brand new when we moved in year and a half ago, so it is very clean and all appliances such as dishwasher, refrigerator, etc are brand new. The apartment has hardwood floors, 3 large closets, built in bluetooth speakers, a/c and a large kitchen island that has bar seating.
