Spacious two-room suite housed in a unique extended-stay townhouse in the Historic Upper East Side Neighborhood of Manhattan, NYC. We are sorry however pets NOT permitted (no exceptions). All suites in the building are accessed by the main staircase. Suites are not handicap accessible.
The suite is located two flights above the entry foyer and faces the back of the building so is very quiet. Spacious size with south-facing views and lots of light through its three lace-clad windows, overlooking the house's garden terrace and neighboring townhouse gardens. The apartment is furnished with a queen sleigh bed. The beautiful oak parquet floors, the imposing marble fireplace, and 10-foot ceilings all contribute to the expansive quality of the room. A large oriental rug, bureau, an armoire, and a round dining table with three chairs complete the suite’s furnishings.
The suite also includes a compact kitchen with a microwave, toaster, oven, stove, coffeemaker, sink, and full-size refrigerator.
The en-suite bathroom is the most recently renovated in the entire townhouse and consists of a tiled shower, pedestal sink, and toilet.
Please note that the fireplace may not be used as it is ornamental only.
The apartment is not handicapped accessible. There are three steps to enter the building and this apartment is accessible by stairs only.

To be exempt from all taxes, the occupant must have a signed lease agreement with the term exceeding 179 consecutive days. We will collect the occupancy tax and credit it back to you once you have exceeded 179 days occupancy.
