I'm looking for a responsible person/couple to assign the remainder of my lease in an unfurnished studio in Prospect Park South (17 minutes to downtown Manhattan). The studio apartment features stainless steel kitchen appliances, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and super modern bathroom. Heat and hot water is included in the rent, but you will be billed for the electric & gas at the end of each month. Must have good credit and combined income of $65,000.
