Three blocks from Smith Street and the F/G trains, 8 min walk to the 4/5 and 2/3 Nevins Street stops and 10 min walk to Atlantic Terminal / Barclays Center. Both roommate and I need to move, lease terminates March 31, 2020. Landlord approved of the leasebreak, also selling most small furniture items if there is interest.
