After an unexpected change I have to leave my spacious, sunfilled Harlem studio. It's pretty massive. It currently holds a Queen sized bed, two big chairs, a couch, coffee table, desk, dresser, 3' x 8" dining room table with 4 chairs and bench and console tables.
Close to the 2/3 train the building is at 133rd St. and the Subway is at 135th, so about a 2-3 minute walk.
The building has an elevator, doorman for package and food deliveries, as well as responsive maintenance/Management team. They also allow pets.
I would also be willing to leave some furniture behind, like the Ikea balcony flooring and couch with tables, the desk and cooper freestanding closet (see last pic) for a small fee.
The building knows I'm breaking the Lease and will run your screening and take your documents not me. They're just ok with me finding someone before I turn over possession to them.
Targeting a January 15, 2020 move out for a late January or February 1, 2020 move-in.
