TWO MONTHS FREE – listed price is the net effective rent. FREE FURNITURE.
I am looking for someone to take over my lease that ends June 27th, 2021, with renewal possibilities. I have lived here happily for two years and am leaving New York City for a new job. The apartment is available beginning October 1st, with a flexible move-in date any time after.
The extra large and immaculate studio is on the front side second floor of a gorgeous brownstone on a quiet picturesque residential block. It is south-facing, with tall ceilings and three windows that face a tree-lined street – tons of sun bathing natural lighting. The trees outside provide greenery and privacy. It comes with an AC unit, a kitchen table, dimmable premium light fixtures, a stainless steel french door full size refrigerator with an ice maker, an XL microwave, and a Google Nest thermostat. A lot of the furniture, including the stacked Ikea Utaker beds, a large dresser, a small bookshelf, a side table, lamps, a tall mirror, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a water kettle, can be given to the next tenant (to keep), if desired.
The unit was just recently painted and is in excellent shape. The neighbors are quiet, long-term tenants. It's a 10-minute walk to Central Park and 5-minutes walking (or less) to grocery stores, cafes, and other shops. Centrally located, within short walking distance to public transportation (2,3,4,5,A,C,D).
The landlord is very responsive and maintains the building well.
There is no smoking in the unit, no pets, and no more than two people are allowed to live in the unit. The applicant(s) must also have sufficient documented income, since guarantors are not accepted.
