The apartment is a 1 BR/1 BA with large windows, lots of light, high ceilings, and enough room for an at-home workspace and a workout bike in the living area. There is also a private balcony right off the living room with a skyline view of Brooklyn and Manhattan. It has central heat + A/C, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and has been well-maintained (I was the first and only tenant in the unit so everything was brand-new). It's just a cozy and comfortable spot to call home!

The apartment is located in 333 Greene, a luxury building with super convenient amenities like in-building laundry, gym, elevator, common outdoor space, and parking garage (garage has additional fee). The concierges are helpful, responsive, and ensure packages and visitors are well taken care of. The entire building community is really friendly and supportive.
