Building is near Grand Central and some great restaurants (Michelin starred Sushi Yasuda is across street). The building is also fully sanitized multiple times for day during the COVID era.

Can provide a credit/incentive to offset your cost for next 3 months in order to find someone to take over my lease sooner. Can come furnished or unfurnished. Potential option to buy much of the furniture.

Additional fee

Building will require a $20 fee for a credit check for the new tenant and a lease if you wish to sign a full lease with the building for a year (after the end of my lease that ends 4/30)

Other info

Willing to negotiate the monthly rent until the end of my lease that ends on 4/30/21 (i.e. we can do something in ballpark of $4,000 or so). Beyond that, it is up to the building leasing office
