1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with private terrace and incredible Midtown skyline views. 800+ square feet excluding terrace - spacious living room with tall ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The unit also has washer/dryer in unit, oak flooring, high end Bosch appliances, Quartz counters, rain shower, porcelain bathroom, dishwasher, 3 closets, central heating/cooling, keyless entry, and USB outlets. The unit is at Summit, a new luxury building constructed in 2019.
My lease is $5,025/month but am willing to negotiate a discount to that rent for someone to take over the rest of my lease. There is also an option to sign a new lease for 12 months with the building if you wish to stay on longer.
The unit can come furnished or unfurnished.
Amenities in building include basketball court (with NBA players training there on a almost daily basis), movie theatre, golf simulator, full gym, Pelotons, sauna, penthouse lounge/bar, outdoor grill, squash court, boxing, conference room, wine storage, pet shower, parking garage, lounges / workspaces, private circular driveway, and kids play room. Building is near Grand Central and some great restaurants (Michelin starred Sushi Yasuda is across street). The building is also fully sanitized multiple times for day during the COVID era.
Google "Summit NYC" for more on the building itself.
Personal Reasons
Can provide a credit/incentive to offset your cost for next 3 months in order to find someone to take over my lease sooner. Can come furnished or unfurnished. Potential option to buy much of the furniture.
Building will require a $20 fee for a credit check for the new tenant and a lease if you wish to sign a full lease with the building for a year (after the end of my lease that ends 4/30)
Willing to negotiate the monthly rent until the end of my lease that ends on 4/30/21 (i.e. we can do something in ballpark of $4,000 or so). Beyond that, it is up to the building leasing office
