There is a closet in the other room. Tons of natural light. Full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave. Beautiful hardwood floors. 5 minute walk to New York- Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. Pet friendly- no restrictions. Laundromat and grocery store are just around the corner. 3 minute walk to A/C/1 subway station. Just steps from High Bridge Park. One mile away from Fort Tryon Park with The Cloisters! Very close to the George Washington Bridge- there are nice running/hiking trails right across the bridge.

I received 2 month's free rent. Original rent was 1900 and I received a monthly rent credit of $275/ month.

Additional fee

Potential tenant would sign a new 12 month lease. My application fee was $20. I had to put down a security deposit of one month's rent as well as first month's rent when I signed the lease. Management company requires tenant to make 40x monthly rent and have a credit score of 680+.
