I have a room available in Chinatown, right next to Columbus Park! It is going for $1000 a month + internet ($16.66/month per person) and electricity.

For reference, when we had the AC on all the time this summer, the average electricity has been $37.8/month per person.

I currently have a full bed, and you'll also have room for a desk and a dresser (with still plenty of wiggle room). The room also has a closet. I freshly painted the room in June so it's all ready to go!

For any students/professionals, you won't have to worry about noise because the bedroom is so quiet! Still, you'll be around all the hustle and bustle. Chinatown has so much to do - from restaurants to bars to $3 dumplings! I always feel safe walking around late at night and the subway is just a quick walk away.

The apartment is near the Canal Street train station (6, J, N, Q, R, W, Z). All other trains such as the B and D are also a walkable distance away.

The kitchen is giant and you'll even have a dishwasher in-unit.

This is a room in a true 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. You will be living with two other females - one is a law student and the other is a nurse. The lease will end on May 31st, 2022.

This apartment is in a 4th floor walkup, but you'll be getting your steps in! A laundromat is literally right next door. Did I mention rent is only $1000 a month?
