The living room is furnished with a full-sized futon, an entertainment center with a cable TV and a DVD player and stereo, as well as a dining table that seats four. The room has a large window spanning an entire wall that overlooks the Times Square area.

The kitchen is open to the living room and features a sub-zero fridge, a dishwasher and a gas range. There is a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Dishes, utensils and glasses for 8 people are provided. There are also basic pots and pans provided, allowing you to cook as you would at home.
