We are extremely sad to be leaving this stunning one bedroom early. The views of Brooklyn, Jamaica Bay, and the sunrise are spectacular. There is washer/drying in unit, a parking lot/garage, extremely friendly and responsive building staff, and many pet-friendly amenities including a dog run (the building is the Parkline). The rooftop area, which is open to all tenants, has gorgeous views of Prospect Park, which is an easy 7-10 minute walk from the apartment. Multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and subway stops nearby. Quiet on the 14th floor and great closet space.

***We are looking for tenants to take over our existing lease, from 6/1-9/30.*** After that, the tenants will have the option with the building of renewing a 12 or 18 month lease. There are no one bedroom apartments available in the building at the moment (the Parkline) so this is a great way to ensure you get in. We’re also happy to leave any/all of our furniture for free for those willing to take over the remainder of the lease (we have a great queen sleeper couch, a queen bed and mattress in good condition, table and chairs — basically anything pictured is available).
