Beautiful VERY LARGE 2 bedroom apartment in The Forge. This is the largest unit in the building. The unit is not in the main tower of the building but in Building B (Across from the pool). You can access the apartment both through main tower entrance, but the building also has a private entrance with a video system accessible through Thomson Avenue.
There is a private stairwell leading up to an enormous private terrace with unbelievable views of the Manhattan skyline.
This apartment is unlike anything else in LIC, and the building is amazing (pool, great gym, etc.).
For a large 2 bedroom like this, at this price point, the unit will go fast. I can be flexible with a move in date --- but I prefer June 1st as I have to relocate to Ohio for work.

The current rent price is $6,898 per month which includes all amenities. The renewal price for a 1 year additional lease after July 29th is $7,001 (1.5% increase). For a 2 year lease extension I believe it's 3% but this can be negotiated with the landlord.
