The apartment (not furnished): This quiet apartment is on the 9th floor of a gorgeous building. It is a spacious Jr. 1-bedroom. The living room is bright and spacious, it has high ceilings which amplifies the already ample apartment. The renovated kitchen is outfitted with custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator). There is also a very convenient laundry room in the building with brand new washer and dryer machines. The bathroom features Italian marble, custom vanities, huge mirror cabinet and a waterfall style shower. There are AC/heater units in both the bedroom and the living room.

The details: Rent is $4,056 per month (which is a lease assignment, so you will be taking over my lease). Building amenities and pet fee (in case you have a pet) are included.
