Property Details

Hey y'all, I'm doing a lease takeover with option to renew on my studio in a high rise luxury building for December 15th ish (that's a weekday and I can make it work for you if you need a different day). It's pretty expensive, but honestly, and I know this sounds annoying, this is the cheapest you'll find nearby and in a building like this. I renewed for 2850 and I saw a listing in the same building go up for like 3400 for a studio. This is still the covid deal just without the free month. I also have a bunch of furniture I can sell to you if you don't have things, like storage cubes from IKEA or my bed frame or desk chair and stuff like that. Let's talk about it!

It's a pretty decently sized studio that I've had zero problems with and love, but am moving to a bigger space I got lucky with. For context, I have a big couch, giant TV, record player, storage, desk with my computer, and my full sized bed and it's not really cramped at all. The bed has an alcove.

It's right next to BAM and lafayette on the other side it's like a 5 minute walk to Fort Greene park and all of those sick bars and restaurants and things. It's also by proxy close to whole foods and the apple store (if you absolutely love going to the apple store or something) and of course Barclays. The list of trains close by is pretty crazy, they are the: 2/3/4/5, Q/R/N/W, G, A/C, B/D.

It has three closets, one is like 5 feet wide for clothes with a shelf, and two other closets that are for coats and storage. There's also a bunch of room in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink for glasses/pots/pants whatever.

The apartment is very pet friendly, elevators, has a 24 hour actual human doorman, gym, game room, serviced rooftop bar with view, laundry (with wash and fold drop off), a garden, a lobby for taking calls, I hear virtually no noise (only some honks outsides) and I've had literally not a single bug in my apartment. It's absurdly clean in the lobby and in the hallways too. And the view is crazy! It faces sunset so the light is truly incredible and I don't need to turn on any lights for like 10 hours. You can see the statue of liberty! Woooooow!
