We are looking for someone to take our 3/1 corner loft apartment at McKibbin Lofts in Bushwick/East Williamsburg. We love our apartment, but are moving out of state early February and our lease doesn’t end until March 30. So management said we can end our lease early if we can find a new tenant. So the apartment is available Feb 15 (maybe even sooner, but not before Feb 1) with a one year lease.

Huge southern exposure (great for any kind of plants) corner master bed room with 2 walls of windows. If you have roommates, you could probably put up a wall to turn this into 2 rooms, because that’s how it was when we started living here. But we feel like having a giant bedroom and two smaller rooms has been better for us as a family with a young child. If you work from home, this corner also makes a beautiful background for Zoom calls, especially if you’ve got plants. People have asked me if I’m working from a conservatory or zoo (it was blurry and they thought our Bengal walking along the ledge was an actual leopard). And sometimes there are some really nice sunsets.

There is also a huge open kitchen/living area with wall of windows, a smaller bedroom with a wall of windows, and a back bedroom without windows (many people rent out this room, but we’ve been using it as a closet and TV room). I think the ceilings are 12’ high.

If you’re interested, we can sell you our portable dishwasher, or any of the 4 AC units (all of which are 1-2 years old).

Neighborhood is very quiet. You can actually hear the birds in the mornings and early afternoon.
