We have enjoyed our time in the building and have lived here for the past 1.5 years. Our apartment also has a large balcony. 33 Bond Street offers top of the line stainless steel finishes, beautiful wood floors, floor to ceiling windows with amazing natural light, and a chefs kitchen. There are also two large closets with amazing storage.

There is a large amenities space, with an area that can be reserved for private parties. Residents have access to both an indoor and outdoor space complete with a movie room, pool table, outdoor grills and lounge area. In the amenities area, there is a work from home space that also has private rooms for group work. There is a large laundry room in the basement. Next to the laundry room, there is a bike storage area and a children’s play room. You will also have direct access within the building to enter the luxury Chelsea Piers Gym, which has a pool and spa. 33 Bond St. offers discounted membership for all residents. There is Throw Me a Bone for pet services in the building.

The building has an amazing staff with friendly doormen, who are always available to help. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner as well. The people who work in the package area are super friendly and helpful as well.

The building is vey centrally located in Downtown Brooklyn. It is a short walk to Fort Greene Park, City Point, Dekalb Food Market, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods 365, and Brooklyn Fare,. You also have access to the LIRR, A, C, G, 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, and R trains.
