Additionally there is a closet for extra storage. The kitchen area has a dining table and chairs, and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

The two windows in the main room have southern exposure, allowing in natural light and looking out toward the street. Please note that the studio is located above the boiler of the building, therefore it can be warm at times. The windows can be opened or the AC used if preferred.
