Job Relocation
$200 cash incentive PER MONTH of rental term. The current rent is $2775, but I will give you a total sum ahead of time to make the effective rent $2575 (so for 8 months, I will give $200x8=$1600).

- If self-employed: Two most recent tax returns, letter from a CPA confirming filing of tax returns
