You will be living in a two bedroom apartment located on the second floor of a pre-war low-rise building on East 77th Street and 1st avenue. Please note that there is no elevator.

Here you will find the Second Avenue Broadway Express line (better known as the Q train) that will take you through Manhattan’s East Side up to East 96th Street on one end or towards Coney Island, Brooklyn (15.4 mile/24.5 km) on the other end. Another option for a subway line is at 77th and Lexington for the 6 train just 3 blocks away (0.4 mile/700m)!
