My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over our lease in East Harlem. The lease ends July 31st, 2022 but with 60 days notice, you can end the lease on May 31st, 2022. We wanted to move a little closer to where we are working. We are currently in a 2-bedroom newly renovated apartment. There is a possibility for the apartment to come furnished (2 beds + mattresses, couch, and dinette table and chairs). The rent is $2750 total (you can split it how you want). The apartment building has an intercom, mailboxes on site, trash room and laundry on the same hall as the apartment (right next to the apartment). This is an elevated building and heat and hot water are included. Electric and Wifi is not included. Wifi is Verizon and Electric is Con Edison. The building is very quiet and next to a really nice steak house. Two laundromats near by and other restaurants. 2 grocery stores (Shop Fair and Fresh Market) both nearby. Bus stop and 6 train nearby as well (easy commute to Columbia University, Hunter College, Bronx, etc.) Super and landlord/management are very accommodating. Apartment is also pet friendly.

One bedroom has one huge double-door closet and another single closet. Very big kitchen and living space. Other room has a very big window with ac and heat already included. Looking for two people to move in ASAP.
