The air-conditioned living room of the apartment has two windows with a northeastern exposure and view of the tree-lined street below. The room has hardwood floors, a cozy rug and decorative brick fireplace to really make you feel at home. Relax on the sofa with a good book or watch some TV after a long day of exploring New York City. A large mirror in between the two windows reflects the dining table that seats four and the lofted storage space on the other side of the room.
