Our Bushwick Terrace Home is a freshly renovated apartment located in the heart of Brooklyn which will make your everyday life as comfortable as it possibly can be: weekly cleaning, all great sized and well-designed rooms, comfortable transportation, spacious living room with smart TV.
You will pay a flat monthly fee and everything comes included. No utility bills, no unexpected maintenance costs.

As a SharedEasy member you have access to dedicated coworking spaces and an on-demand fitness app. You will also have the option for in-person access to more than 200 studios in New York for an additional payment through the app.

BEDROOM
You will be accommodated in a private room with a desk, nightstand, closet and an individual safes provided. All rooms are carefully designed to maximize your living space without compromising your comfort.
Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there's no need to even bring a pillow.

Our Coliving space includes a spacious dining room, chill zone with a huge TV, and a kitchen, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world. You will stay in a beautiful 6-bedroom 2 full shared bathrooms + huge terrace apartment.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal.
It also included: coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
We provide many bathroom essentials and there are never queues - you’ll never have to wait…
We provide regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study.
