The first available room for rent (Bedroom 1) is on the upper level, and features high ceilings (11') and extra tall windows that allow in natural light and overlook the street. The room has a double size bed, a desk, a sofa which faces a television (with satellite). Both ceiling and personal fans provide air circulation. The other bedroom that is available (Bedroom 3) is on the 1st floor, featuring a double size bed nicely positioned near two windows with a view of the street, a desk, as well as a sofa that faces a flat screen television (with cable and HBO access). There is a ceiling fan and wireless internet access is available.

Downstairs is the fully equipped kitchen, which provides access to the backyard. There is a bathroom with a shower on the 1st level. The first upstairs bathroom has a w/c and a shower, while the second has another w/c and a sink. The bathrooms and downstairs kitchen are shared with the roommates.
