I am looking for someone to take over my lease with a move-in date of March 19th/20th.

My lease expired at the end of July but, once approved, you would be guaranteed a lease extension by my wonderful landlady.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Hell's Kitchen on 9th avenue and 44th Street and is on the second floor. It gets beautiful sunlight and I've absolutely loved living here.

As I am moving back home to Germany, I am looking for someone to take over this apartment fully furnished. Price for taking over the furniture is negotiable. It will come with all furniture as well as full bedding and towel equipment, lights, decor, and all kitchen utensils (including a Nespresso coffee machine, an airfryer, and a toaster).

Timeline of Application
Now - January 31st: I review all applications and finalize/negotiate the furniture buy-out rate.
January 31st - February 6th: I submit my favorite three candidates to my Landlady
February 6th - 14th: My landlady reviews your financial/employment/guarantor/credit score/etc details and chooses the most suitable candidate
February 15th: You can sign the lease
March 18th-20th: Get the keys + Move-In :)
