A very short walk to a dry cleaners, nail salon, Son Cubano restaurant and the riverfront walkway. 12 Minute walk to the Ferry and light-rail (free ferry buses also that pick up and drop off in front of the building.) Pets allowed (with additional deposit & monthly fee) and Storage units and parking available for an additional cost. I am only leaving because my job is relocating. It's really a fantastic building and only an 8 minute ferry ride to midtown Manhattan. And it's so much cleaner over here! Love Manhattan but Port Imperial is peaceful and clean! Additional fee

$125 application per person $500 administrative fee both paid to the building management. $1000 deposit paid directly to me as management keeps the deposit that I originally paid.
