It's a peaceful haven, well insulated , I have never heard a single noise from the other units. This is not your micro studio like you'd find in Manhattan. The bathroom are full size, lots of kitchen counter space with a full size stove and refrigerator. The building is loaded with amenities, several bbq stations, outdoor dinning areas with tvs, spacious common space with tvs and a fireplace, conference rooms, gym and cycle studio, golf room, roof deck with indoor space one floor up from my unit, and a deck off the common space. We even have a dog wash room. and 24 concierge. Super accessible to stores and transportation. Across the street from an Acme Supermarket, a Starbucks and a Ben & Jerrys. A very short walk to a dry cleaners, nail salon, Son Cubano restaurant and the riverfront walkway. 12 Minute walk to the Ferry and light-rail (free ferry buses also that pick up and drop off in front of the building.) Pets allowed (with additional deposit & monthly fee) and Storage units and parking available for an additional cost. I am only leaving because my job is relocating. It's really a fantastic building and only an 8 minute ferry ride to midtown Manhattan. And it's so much cleaner over here! Love Manhattan but Port Imperial is peaceful and clean! This will be a lease takeover and you will apply and pay rent directly to the management company. Happy to arrange a viewing in person or via video.
