I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my lease 11/01/2022-09/30/2023
In order to take over the lease you need to be approved by the management. They will require
Copy of photo ID
Letter of employment
Recent pay stub
First page of current bank statement
W-2 or first page of last year's tax return
If you are international, copy of visa or I-20
If you are enrolled in a school proof of enrollment
Student loan docs if applicable
$20 credit check for each leaseholder or guarantor with a US Social Security number.
Combined annual income should be 40 x the monthly rent. If it is below that, they may require a guarantor to guarantee the lease. In that case, the guarantor would also need to fill out this same lease application as well, and undergo the $20 credit check.
