This would be a lease reassignment. The new resident must meet all qualification guidelines. The new resident accepts the apartment as-is and accepts the current rent & lease terms. The move-in date may be flexible.
The income requirement is 35X the monthly rent for applicants; 80X the monthly rent for Guarantors.
The two (2) most recent original pay stubs or Leave and Earnings Statement or signed offer letter on
company letterhead.
2. Two (2) most recent bank statements.
3. A valid driver's license, military ID, or state-issued Photo ID card. Expired documents are NOT
considered valid.
4. Signed Employment Letter on business stationery stating job title, salary, length of employment
