The ceilings are over 9-feet high, there are two closets, a six-drawer dresser, a queen-sized semi-firm bed with organic sheets/comforter/mattress, lovely hardwood floors, a full kitchen with only 2.5-year old white GE appliances, a newer microwave - plus dishware, towels (kitchen and bath), soap, etc. The bathroom is decently large and has a big bathtub and shower head that emits good pressure. Two new air conditioners were installed last summer in the living room and bedroom.

The building is located right next to the local 1-Train Subway entrance and only a 4-minute walk to the 190th Street express A-Train Station. The neighborhood has endless grocery stores, wine/liquor stores, fantastic restaurants, and total NYC character. Unlike Central Park, the Heights' Fort Tryon Park is NYC's hidden gem and a fabulous place to escape to and look out towards the grandeur of the greater part of the Hudson River. Lots of interesting history in this area.
