We are looking for a reliable tenant to take over our rental agreement in Long Island City. The unit is a 1BD, 1BA on one of the penthouse floors. The apartment is west facing and gets great sunlight all day, but especially in the evenings when the sun sets. It has gorgeous, unobstructed views of the East River and Manhattan -- perfect to watch fireworks during Fourth of July. The building is only 5 years old, has great amenities and is very accessible to multiple subways and buses.

We love this apartment - the management is wonderful and very helpful; the neighbors are friendly and actually show up for resident events; the amenities are clean and top-notch. The only reason we are leaving is because we have to move for work. We would love to get YOU into the best building in the heart of LIC (in our humble opinion).

We are looking for either a single tenant or a couple who can take over the lease. No roommates please. You can find pictures of the building amenities and floorplan attached to this posting. Please note, if you are interested in taking over the lease, you must go through the resident application process with the building management. If your credit score is less than 700, they will require extra security deposit.
