We are looking to transfer the lease (with an option to re-negotiate rent + renew when expires in July 2024) on our 1.5 bed + 1.5 bath located at 475 Clermont Avenue in Fort Greene. The extra room is currently being used for a baby nursery (with option to keep temporary wall installed) but can be used for an office or guest room as well. The unit has a dishwasher, central air/heat and in-unit washer/dryer. We love the building and community and have been very happy here. Flexible on move-date and looking to vacate as soon as end of February. The building will be painting/cleaning and preparing the unit for new renters when we vacate.
