Additional fee

The landlord is willing to allow a) lease reassignment on our current lease through 7/31/2024, b) subleasing through us, or c) signing a new lease through 7/31/2025 at $3750 per month. We would heavily prefer a lease reassignment and someone available to start renting in April or willing to pay rent for the remaining days of April.

For a lease reassignment, the landlord/leasing company requires filling out a rental application and providing them with certain financial information along with background and a credit check. You'll work directly with them during the application process. There is no broker's fee.

For subleasing, we will require a security deposit of one month's rent to cover what we have already paid for our deposit.
