The app fee is $20 for the leaseholder and $20 for the guarantor, if needed, which is non-refundable. The supporting documents from the leaseholder and guarantor are as follows:1. Copy of their government issued photo ID(s)2. Filled out and signed Authorization form to Release Records3. 2 most recent pay stubs (yearly compensation must be 40X the monthly rent or 80X in case of a guarantor) OR 2 most recent years of tax returns if self-employed4. Most recent complete bank statement from leaseholder and guarantor (if any) One (1) month’s rent, and additional security deposit if any, is due from the assignee(s) at assignment signing which will be applied towards their first month.
