We are looking to rent our 2-bedroom apartment from June – Aug 31st 2024, with the option to renew. Move-in date is negotiable, but please inquire ASAP for viewing.

Doorman, fully serviced building built in 2017 with washer/dryer in-unit, enormous closet space, floor to ceiling windows, tons of sunlight, stunning view of Brooklyn skyline, and big living room with kitchen island. Very conducive to WFH set up for ~3 people—both bedrooms are easily large enough for a desk, and a queen bed.
Neighborhood: Two Citibike docks within one block, 15 min ride to Manhattan. 1 min to the AC and G trains, and 5 minutes to basically every other train (2/3, 5/6, Q/R, B). Large private park in the building, 10 minutes to Fort Greene Park, and 15 min to Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Landlord is extraordinarily responsive and building staff has been a joy to work with.
