This apartment is on the 47th floor in the brand new Sven building built in 2022. There is an option to (1) start a new 12-month lease (ideally from May 1, 2024 to May 1, 2025) for $4,435 OR (2) do a 4-month lease assignment/sublease from May 4 to September 4 for $3,795 with the option to renew in September.

This is a corner unit, meaning there are ceiling to floor windows in the corner and also has more privacy than other units since there are minimal shared walls. The windows also are "Smart windows," meaning that they can be tinted by using the View app on your phone.
