Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite marble bathroom, (shower only w grab bar), walk-in closet, extra closet, and opens to a 35x11 sq ft PRIVATE TERRACE which faces south and east.

2nd bedroom has a full-sized bed, desk, lots of storage space, and book shelves; the 2nd bathroom, also completely marble, offers a bathtub/shower combo.

Living room faces south and enjoys a 100 square foot terrace of its own, with amazing views.

Modern white kitchen is also completely marble, with top-of -the-line Jennair appliances, including microwave.

Dining area seats 6, but table can be expanded to seat 10.

We are only interested in a SHORT TERM , 6 MONTH LEASE, as we plan to be traveling much of the summer. We are only open to principals who are neat, respectful, and very responsible, and who are willing to treat our home as if it were their own. For example, kindly turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
