My roommate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over the lease and fill the bedroom. I work from home a few days a week, looking for someone respectable, clean, and friendly. I have a medium-sized rescue dog, who is crate-trained and potty-trained.

The room is a large, west-facing sunny room, in a quiet multi-family house with a shared backyard and laundry in the basement. Rent is $1,500/month plus utilities. You must be able to sign a lease starting May 1st (preferred); a background and credit check is required.
