The building is new. It has a secure front door and package room with a reliable elevator. Amenities include a gym, bike room, rooftop, game room, and parking.

The unit is a pretty spacious 1bed/1bath on the 3rd floor with in-unit laundry and a nice kitchen space that has a dishwasher. The main area has a hardwood floor, and the bathroom appears to be a marble tile. There is a virtual doorman (buzzer with microphone and camera so you can choose who to buzz in). The place will not be furnished, but I am trying to sell some furniture, so you are welcome to purchase if anything is still available.

The building is located on a larger, busy street but the surrounding area is very walkable and charming. There are several nice coffee shops in the area, and there is a large amount of incredible Caribbean food. There's easy access to trains (2/5/Q/B), and it's a very short walk to Prospect Park.

Incentives

If you sign before 4/18, I can offer a $300/month discount on rent for 4 months (bringing the rent down to $2,700/mo instead of $3k/mo for 4 months).

Additional fee

The landlord said it's up to you if you would like to finish my lease (4 months) or go straight into a full year. You would be required to send in an application to the landlord directly (I will provide an email if you are interested). The landlord has requested: fill out the basic application, a copy of photo ID, 2 most recent pay stubs, and a downloaded credit report.
