Gym has everything. Dry Cleaning services available. Close to NYC and Hoboken. Whole Foods located across the street and Trader Joe's 18 minute walk.

Transportation:
- bus stop across the street with one stop to port authority (NYC) ~11 minutes
- 3 min walk to NY waterway for ferry to midtown
- 5 minute walk to lightrail
- 11 minute drive to NYC

Must earn 3x rent. Security is $1500.
