I have two other roommates who are both quiet, clean, & respectful so I’m looking for someone similar. Room will be unfurnished as I am moving out — you will have the option to renew lease if you’d like to stay past July 31st.

Monthly rent is $1600 (water & heat included) and other utilities (gas/electric/wifi) are split evenly among roommates.
