Large loft apartment in Clinton Hill - take over our lease as permanent tenant! (No broker fee!)
- We are looking for someone to take over our lease starting in late May or June 1st- flexible timing; our lease ends August 31st or September 30, 2024.
We pay $5866 monthly til end of lease
- 1 block from Classon G, in a gorgeous brownstone neighborhood, our building is surrounded by cafes and restaurants (1 block to Clementine, Guevara's, and Choice Market cafes- and 1 block to Peaches Grand and Speedy Romeo pizza!) Grocery store 2 blocks away.
- 2 OR 3 bedroom, 2 full bath- The apartment was a true 3 bedroom when we leased it (not flex walls); we had them take out the walls creating the third bedroom to increase the size of the living area, but we will have the landlord rebuild the third bedroom at our expense if that's your preferred configuration! Attached photos include both possible floor plans.
- Apartment will be unfurnished (can be left simply but fully furnished til end of lease term if preferred)
- Apartment is in an elevator building, 5th floor; very high ceilings, exposed beams, quiet unit away from the street; separate living and dining areas, dishwasher, laundry in unit as well as laundry room on the floor.
- The building has parking spaces for rent in a lot next to the building; there may be availability right now, but we have found street parking doable.
- Heat included in rent, we have 2 floor unit ACs currently installed that we can sell to next tenant
