The building is awesome, right in front of the Greenpoint ferry stop, and down the block from the subway. The master bedroom with water views feels like youre floating on the river and is the most peaceful bedroom ever, and has an en suite bathroom. The building has 2 floors of amenities, with a huge gym, a basketball court on the second floor that we bought our own tennis / pickle ball set for, which we will throw for free to whoever takes this apt. There’s also an awesome playground right out front, with water fountains in the summer. This address gets you zoned for the best rated school district in all of Brooklyn (ps 31, ps 34, ps 110), we also have a large storage unit available in the basement that we rent month to month to you IF you want it, all the largest ones are taken, but you can take ours over if you’d like that as well.
