**FLEXIBLE ON THE START DATE

This is a great studio apartment. Kitchen came with brand new appliances (fridge and stove) when I moved in last year. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving outside of the USA.

This studio has EXCELLENT closet space. There is a walk-in closet and an extra closet by the entrance. There is space also above the kitchen cabinets for any extra space you may need.

The bathroom and shower is pretty spacious for a studio with extra storage in the medicine cabinet.

You have control of the AC/Heat in the apartment. I've decorated the apt to have enough space for my queen bed, office space, a small dining area and entertainment. I'm selling a LOT of the furniture so I'm open to selling or giving free to the right person some of the stuff.

All the staff here is incredibly nice. They handle your packages well and they greet you when you walk in. The building has a great building and their rooftop lounge is gorgeous with a view of the Empire state building.
