Property Details

A true Brownstone on a classic tree lined street. The apartment has a large private garden, a massive King Bedroom and Queen Room with private en-suites.

The apartment design is a mix of vintage, MCM and items I've collected from travels around the world, as well as handmade ceramics, plants and art.

The garden is a labor of love, typically filled with organic vegetables and indigenous plants throughout the summer months. If in bloom during your stay, I encourage you to forage for food and enjoy the veggies!

Upstairs are 2 more units, occupied by a family and a couple. We are a very close group, to ensure everyone is comfortable and has a sense of safety. I encourage you to be neighborly and say hi when your paths cross!

Please expect the typical noises of a bustling household, whether it's the kids getting out the door for school or a mixer preparing baked goods, this is a true rickety New York brownstone, so embracing the quirks, sounds and smells of family life should be expected.
