Sublease/Leasebreak for my room in this 3 BR 2 bath. It is available starting 6/1 and the availability goes through June which is the end of the current lease. My roommates are moving out as well, so there is an option to find other roommates and sign a new lease here. Also, you will probably end up with the place to yourself for most of the month. The furnishings in the room will be removed, but there is a closet with shelves and I can leave the mattress. It is unclear right now as to whether the common area furnishings will remain. This is a full service luxury building and the apartment has a large private terrace.
Reasons for leaving
My roommates are moving out due to job relocation and one moving in with GF so I found another option which starts on 6/1. I would love to stay here, but due to the large size of the place (and rent) I haven’t been able to find a roommate for the master.
