The doorman building super sunny 2 bedroom apartment with private large balcony facing the east river on 20th floor has been renovated with new marble tiles and new cabinets in bathroom as well as kitchen also have new cabinet new double door large fridge, new strong range hook microwave, new dishwasher only have been installed last year !

4 large closets by the entrance with new shoes cabinet mounted on wall.

Each room has its own 32 inches TV set with Roku streaming device, a desk / wall desk system with wall shelve and tall wardrobe in each sunny bedroom ! Both rooms are furnished!

Front bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has a comfy twin day bed .

I am going to Argentina for work so this week packing up lots of stuff and the small room will be a bit messy but more photo will be available by this weekend after I pack up as much boxes to ship out !
All closet in bedroom will be empty out and 3 closets in entrance way will be empty out as well except the wood working tool closet with extra light bulb and repair tools will stay!
