The building is Jackson Park in LIC.
The room is the primary bedroom in a 2B2B w/ walk in closet. Unit has laundry, dishwasher and in my opinion, the best roommate out there (super clean, super considerate, and easy to get along with). The building has some of the best amenities too - a fully equipped gym, an indoor and outdoor pool, a basketball court (and apartment basketball league), squash court, sauna, dog park and large outdoor space with grills.
I really love this building and the community, when I come back to the city I’m definitely coming back to JP!
